Due to a change with Magellan’s insurance company, we must collect insurance information for each of our drivers and have a new signed Parent Driver form. If you plan to drive for any activity for Magellan (Voyages, Athletics, etc.) for the remainder of the school year, you will need to complete the attached Parent Driver Volunteer Agreement Form at this time.  Please upload your current car insurance information with this form. This form must be completed before you will be able to drive again. We appreciate your help with this new process and all that you do for our students, staff and Magellan as a whole. We couldn’t do it without you.
Please note that Magellan may be required to release limited information regarding volunteer drivers and staff (including name, date of birth and driver’s license number) to current or prospective insurance providers solely for the purpose of obtaining liability coverage. By serving as a volunteer driver, you agree to this release. If at any point you wish to remove your name from MCS’s list of volunteer drivers, please contact mcsofficestaff@
