In order to drive for any school related activity, including chaperoning voyages and carpooling to athletics, parents must complete the Parent Driver Volunteer Agreement Form and submit insurance information. Â Please upload your current car insurance information with this form. These steps must be completed each year before you will be able to volunteer as a driver of Magellan students.
Please note that Magellan may be required to release limited information regarding volunteer drivers and staff (including name, date of birth and driver’s license number) to current or prospective insurance providers solely for the purpose of obtaining liability coverage. By serving as a volunteer driver, you agree to this release. If at any point you wish to remove your name from MCS’s list of volunteer drivers, please contact mcsofficestaff@
