Parent Driver Agreement
Parents who plan to drive for any activity at Magellan (including voyages and athletics) need to complete the Parent Driver Volunteer Agreement Form each year. Â Please upload your current car insurance information with this form. This form must be completed before parents can drive Magellan students for school functions.
Please note that Magellan may be required to release limited information regarding volunteer drivers and staff (including name, date of birth and driver’s license number) to current or prospective insurance providers solely for the purpose of obtaining liability coverage. By serving as a volunteer driver, you agree to this release. If at any point you wish to remove your name from MCS’s list of volunteer drivers, please contact mcsofficestaff@
